  3. TIMELINESS The news happened recently (since the last version) It's new, else, we'd call it "olds" Practically every story has some convenience viewpoint For example: A youngster driver is hit by another auto at the convergence of Amit and Rohit today, in the daily paper tomorrow.

  4. CURRENCY Actually no, not as in Money It's identified with something else in the news. For example:A story on what number of mishaps have happened at this crossing point over the most recent couple of years.

  5. CONSEQUENCE The subject of a story affects how individuals experience their lives. For example:A story on another check in time that will produce results, or a road that is under development, or a logical achievement

  6. PROMINENCE Chosen, affluent, popular For example:If I gag on a pretzel, it's not news. At the point when the president does, it is News.

  7. PROXIMITY Closeness, either on account of land nearness or in light of relationship For example:News about the territory (land) or News about things of intrigue/worry to local people (relationship).

  8. HUMAN INTEREST "Warm and fluffy" feeling For example:Olympic competitor profiles, Dateline "Survivor Stories"
