Leadership Points: Know your requirements • Personally Enrolled PC = 3 points • Do the presentation = 2 points • Sell a CP/VP = 1 point • Directors must earn an average of 1 leadership point for the last 3 months to earn commission on org volume • Directors II & above: develop a director = 10 points; develop a Pacesetter Director = 15 points if you’re the enroller & you did the majority of the presentations; otherwise, the presenter gets 10 points and the enroller gets 5 points; help a director II to senior advance to the next status = 10 points • Directors III-IX: develop a director and earn 5 additional leadership points that are placed in a leadership bank for “emergencies” (up to a total of 20 points)
