All retroreview QA procedures should also be completed. Data Retrieval The Result Report option can be used to document the printing of follow up letters. Access this option by selecting Reports > Result Report from the main menu. Click the Letters tab and enter a date range to search for printed letters. You can print a list of cases without follow up GYN biopsy by using the Abnormal Cytology w/o Biopsy Log (Reports > QA Reports > Abnormal Cytology w/o Biopsy). The QA Correlation Report (Reports > QA Reports > QA Correlation Report) can be used to retrieve data for the retroreview QA procedure.
Non-Gynecologic Findings with Histology Findings Use the Case Comparison option to create retroreview scenarios for current case types of MED cytology and previous case types of surgical for specific organ types/specimens or others as above. This may require modification of the Source setup file for MED cytology and surgical cases so that parent sources for organ types are defined. Access the Case Comparison option by selecting Setup > Case Comparison Setup from the main menu.
