Main Objectives • Develop the search & selection industry in Europe by setting professional ethics and standards, • Become a dynamic forum for networking and exchange of information and views between members • Promote the interests of the recruitment industry among different European organisations.
ECSSA Standards (1) • Membership of a national association to ECSSA requires compliance with set professional and ethical standards. • Apply professionalism and ethical behaviour in orderto have the best possible assurance that an assignment will be handled compe-tently, objectively and with proper regard for confidentiality.
ECSSA Standards (2) • Competence as an assurance for quality and value for money. • Retaining a consultancy listed as a member of a national association federated to ECSSA provides assurance to the ultimate client.
