Reporting Reporting (specific to block funding) The Agreement = Request, offer and letter of acceptance detailing total budget, range of services and their prices, and in some case the quantity or quality to be provided. • New • Annual acquital report • Actual contracted services delivered • If a variance – reasons why. • Replaces – reporting on hours delivered (unless the service is actually to deliver xx hours).
Reporting Other reporting (individual and block funding) • ACDC • Financial report – maybe through annual reports or Form 5(a) • Serious incident reporting • Quality self assessment • Information about the qualitative difference the services makes • New • Annual acquital report • Actual contracted services delivered • If a variance – reasons why. • Replaces – reporting on hours delivered (unless hours =strategy)
