BEFORE • Make sure School MI-Access Coordinators and assessment administrators are trained EVERY year. • How to administer • How to complete scan documents • Distribute assessment materials • Ensure assessment materials are secure
DURING • Must be accessible for questions • Monitor assessments • Order materials, if needed • Keep materials secure
AFTER • Make sure all assessment materials are returned • Check materials for accuracy • Prepare assessment materials for shipping • Return of Materials Packet • Package used and unused assessment materials • Ship materials • MUST be shipped by due date
Roles and Responsibilities • Many of the responsibilities are the same • School Coordinators do NOT package and ship the assessment materials
