The aesthetic is casual, almost beachy. • Talks: Upbeat, positive, promotes “good works.” Recently he posted to Facebook, “Check out my friend Judy Pitt's initiative in Kenya, they're doing inspiring things!” • Acts: Goofy, fun-loving. Rides his bike like a surfboard, Polar Plunges with flair, ready to jump out of a plane and make funny faces while doing it.

People who work a lot—and are already financially comfortable, and still striving for more—and wonder it’d make more sense to sell everything and travel the world. Or at a minimum, live more simply. • Poor people wouldn’t have the choice, the very wealthy probably wouldn’t be riding their bikes everywhere, living on beans.
