Patient at Risk For Violence Flag • New FYI flag titled Risk for Violence • Documenting the flag generates an alert to caregivers that a patient has a risk for violence • Alert displays in Patient header, schedules, lists and reports • FYI placed by House Supervisor, Security, Nurse Manager
Therapists can now review, assess, add, and remove LDAs from an Avatar The visual representation of the body helps clinicians quickly see where a patient's LDAs are located Clicking the View back icon rotates Avatar The Avatar can be accessed from the flowsheet toolbar, but opens as it owns activity. Documenting a Brace, Orthotic or CPM in an Avatar
Documenting in the Avatar replaces documenting in the flowsheet Click on brace icon on the Avatar to open documentation window Click Assess button to document brace assessment Click Remove button to document LDA removal Therapists may also chart on the Wound LDA using the Avatar Documenting a Brace, Orthotic or CPM in an Avatar

Create Your Own SmartLists • Users can now create their own SmartLists! • No more need to submit an optimization request or use the {Blank single:19197} or {Blank multiple:19196} SmartLists. • User-created SmartLists can also be shared with other users.
Easier Tracking of Provided and Projected Therapy Minutes • The Therapy Minutes report has been updated to provide more information about the patient’s previous and current therapy levels. • The report displays predicted therapy levels. • Color coded progress bars show total minutes towards the projected goal. • The report is used in Long Term Care facilities in California
Sex, Gender Identity and Preferred Names • SOGI Phase 3 focuses on improving the patient experience and on better supporting patient-centered care. • This upgrade brings additional features throughout the system to use and show patient’s gender identity or sex assigned at birth instead of legal sex when appropriate. • There are also updates throughout the system that make it easier for users to see a patient's preferred name. This is especially important for transgender or nonbinary patients, but also helps improve the patient experience for any patient with a preferred name that differs from their legal name. • Patients can now view and edit this personal sex information in MyChart.

Legal Sex, Gender Identify and Sex Assigned at Birth • Patient header highlights when there is incongruence between sex and gender identity and sex assigned at birth • Now able to collect sex history in Demographics • Its now easier to see sex/gender identity (labels, lists header, reports, etc.) • MyChart allows patients to update personal sex information
SmartLinks Respect Gender Identity and Preferred Pronouns • SmartLinks now respect a patient’s documented gender identity and preferred pronouns • Sex SmartLinks now show Boy or Girl instead of Man or Woman when applicable
Multi Provider Schedule • New look and feel • Automatic color-coding for patient status change. (e.g., scheduled, arrived, waiting for provider), • Taller rows to accommodate patient photo. • Rings around the patient photo visually represent how long a patient’s appointment is. • Calendar and schedule folders are collapsed by default
Schedule - Hidden Calendar and Schedule Folders • The Schedule will open with a collapsed calendar • Click the dropdown arrow next to schedule name and pin the calendar to the side ?
Schedule - Snapshot Report Not Visible • The Schedule will open with Snapshot report not visible. • Click the Preview box to display report and keep it visible. • Select the position of the report to display on the right or at the bottom. ?
Alert! Impacts Transcribed Orders workflow The Visit Taskbar • The Visit Taskbar is your home for placing and signing orders in outpatient encounters. • The taskbar appears at the bottom of the workspace throughout the encounter so that you can place a new order at any point during the visit. • Any orders placed are kept in a collapsible shopping cart until you are ready to sign. • The taskbar and cart follow you through the encounter. • It also allows for printing and previewing the AVS and Signing the Visit. Printing Synopsis Graph • Clinicians can print the graph that appears in Outpatient synopsis so that patients can take it with them after the visit.

Rehab Optimization Status • Optimization freeze until May 7th • All other requests are still in discovery and we have no target delivery dates at this time • Hold any new requests until after the freeze is over. • CDT Chairs – New Process - Using ServiceNow to submit requests • Validating the build – Communicate sign off in ServiceNow • A few reminders to therapists when testing the build that your role is to validate that there are no errors and that the build reflects the request that was approved. • Directing the build analyst to change content or design when testing the final build is not permitted • If you identify major concerns with the build when testing it contact your CDT chair who is sponsoring the request. • Resuming ERT Monthly meetings starting in April 2019. CDT chairs will be guest presenters for new intake.
