Tomas Rekem - Staying Informed on Global Events

Tomas Rekem spent most of his teenage years in Canada. He and his family migrated there from Slovakia when he was young. He has always enjoyed traveling and recently went to Malaysia. He plans to take more trips within the next year or two. When not traveling, he spends a lot of time reading about global events.

  1. Tomas Rekem Staying Informed on Global Events Tomas Rekem was born in Slovakia and then made his way to Canada with the rest of his family. He finds that is it’s important to stay on top of global issues. He makes sure to read the papers and watch the world news nightly. Like many others, ISIS is a major concern of his, as well as the current tensions between North Korea and South Korea.

  2. Tomas Rekem Love of Travel Tomas Rekem spent most of his teenage years in Canada. He and his family migrated there from Slovakia when he was young. He has always enjoyed traveling and recently went to Malaysia. He plans to take more trips within the next year or two. When not traveling, he spends a lot of time reading about global events.

  3. Tomas Rekem Trying New Foods Tomas Rekem is not the type of person faint at heart. He really enjoys trying new things and experiencing different cultures. On a recent trip, he went to Malaysia, Cambodia, Bali and the Philippines. During that trip he tried various foods from the region. The cuisine is very different from that found in the United States.

  4. Tomas Rekem Athletic Person Tomas Rekem is a very athletic person who enjoys watching and playing sports. He tries to catch the hockey matches whenever possible. Where he lives, hockey can be played year round. He follows teams such as the Maple Leafs, a Canadian team. Besides hockey, he tunes into to see the NBA in action on the court. He really loves the competitive nature of these sports, and the fact that they must work as a team.
