  4. OVERVIEW OF PRESENTATION: • MAIN OBJECTIVE • CONCEPT OF SHARING • DATABASES SHARING (TNB INSERT)

  5. Main Objective • Minimize outage time • Minimize costing on keeping HVDC spare parts • Increase HVDC spare parts utilization and optimisation

  6. CONCEPT OF SHARING • Exchange all of spare databases. • Only similar and critical spare items are considered to be shared by setting the method of sharing, consider the suitable number of max-min and responsible person to purchase.

  7. CONCEPT OF SHARING(continue) • Optimum number is as recommended by Siemens • Minimum number is half of the optimum number • Both parties shall maintain minimum number

  8. DATABASES SHARING • Databases sharing will be done on neutral web page and can access by using password for security. • Both parties have their own authority to update databases separately. • Besides of databases on web site both parties shall update the hard copy for backup and exchange in every 6 months.
