The Gem State Carson Jaymee Shawn
Benefit from Ag Products • Idaho’s potatoes, wheat, and mint benefit people in the northeast states because their rocky soil cannot grow the same crops. Other agriculture products such as apples, cherries, and sugar beets benefit people’s nutritional needs.
Mineral Resource Benefits Idaho mines zinc which is used in vitamins for people’s needs. Antimony is used as a lead hardener for batteries. Molybdenum can be used to strengthen and harden metal which then can be used in construction. Copper is also mined and made into things like pennies.
