Pomeranian Special Economic Zone Pomeranian Special Economic Zone (PSEZ) offers green fields on which enterpreneurs may conduct business activities without being subject to the full payment of income taxes.
PSEZ – Incentives (1/2) • Requires a permit, which entitles investors to use public aid by income tax exemptions according to: - investment costs specified in a permit and/or • level of employment specified in a permit • Minimum value of investment costs is EUR 100,000
PSEZ – Incentives (2/2) The entrepreneur who meets the conditions specified in the licence may obtain regional assistance in the form of tax exemptions due to: • costs of a new investment covering 50% of these costs (65 % for a small- or medium-size enterprise) • creating new jobs, covering 50% of two-year costs of permit done by newly employed workers (65 % for a small- or medium-size enterprise)
