Production Flow-Chart • Ball Milling – Grind raw materials into fine powder. • Casting – Pour mixed powder into mold and let it solidify. • Flaw Checking – Checking and fixing imperfectness to Green Body. • Glazing – Spray white glaze evenly onto Green Body. • Loading - Loading dried sprayed products onto Kiln platform. • Firing – Products loaded into the kiln for firing at a temperature of 1280 degrees. • After Furnace – Ready products are unloaded from kiln. • Appearance Grading – Ready products are then being checked and graded by quality. • Flushing Test & QC – Toilets are to perform water testing for flushing power. • Air & Water Leak Test – air pressure to be inserted into products to test for cracks and water leakage testing. • Packing – the final products are then packed and ready for sales.

8. Inspection Techniques • Appearance & deformation • Appearance inspection: Classify inspection according to the standard of appearance checking. 2. Deformation inspection: Inspecting by flatness, balance degree and levelness. . Function Inspection • Leakage testing Under the unit stress, inpsect the bottom of toilet and trap. • Flushing fucntion inspection Inspection of passing object through toilet in standard unit time. 3. Air Pressure testing for cracks Through air pressure, test whether products have cracks.

Environmental friendly Water Saving technique • From 12L to 9L, then from 9L to now 6L Flushing Toilet, we have innovated and developed 4.8L Water Saving Toilets through our expertise and techniques. Contributed to the protection of the environment and resources saving. • Through 25pcs of 19x29mm small foams & 100pcs small plastic ball flush test • 3inches flush valves, shorten the flush time. • 5cm water height, more insurance on anti-odour. • Flush holes evenly spread to ensure cleanless. • ≥4.8cm outlet pipe inner diametre, avoiding blockage. • ≥2.8cm siphonic jet hole, stronger flushing power. • Pipe glazing, smoother flushing. The above standard is compiled to the CSA testing standard.
