I pledge allegiance to thee, Texas, one state under God, one and indivisible. 3. PUBLIC COMMENT a. Related to any matter not on the agenda – 2 minutes per speaker b. Related to any matter on the agenda – 5 minutes per speaker

  3. City Council Meeting – May 7, 2012 4. EXECUTIVE SESSION a. City Council will convene in closed session as authorized by Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Section 551.074 – personnel matters to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of an Interim City Manager. [Mayor Woodward] 5. RECONVENE a. Presentation, discussion, and possible action to enter into a contract with Texas First Group Replacement Service, Inc., to provide personnel appropriate to handle the responsibilities of Interim City Manager for the City of Huntsville, Texas. [Mayor Woodward] b.Presentation, discussion, and possible action to approve Resolution 2012- 21 to amend Resolution 2009-04, Section 5, reassigning signatory designees for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). [Dr. Sherry McKibben, Community Development Specialist]
