Facility Requirements • Space large enough to hold Council meetings (50-60 neighbors) • Easily accessible to customers (close parking) • Parking for 15-20 customers during day-time hours • Reception and counter area to conduct business for walk ups • Two conference rooms • One large conference room for working sessions • One small conference room for developer and neighbor services meetings • Space for four Offices, IT Services Room, restrooms and future working stations
General Terms and Conditions • One year term with two (2) one year renewals • Base rate per square ft. plus; • Common area maintenance (CAM) • Real estate tax • Utilities • Standard Suite Entry Signage • Dedicated parking allowance • Tenant Improvement allowance
