  4. Contracts have been awarded • Meetings taking place right now to decide “FF&E”! • Loads of IT kit in every classroom • School VLE will be available to families soon after half term! Building works

  5. Ordered via Clive Mark Schoolwear • Prices & other information emailed/posted to you this week • Measuring session – 11thJune • Pick up session – mid-August Uniform

  6. Bus to-and-from Kempston being organised right now • Just waiting for final numbers from parents • Will be subsidised by the school • Will cost ~£12/week • Passes and details will be available mid-June School transport

  7. Like all the other upper & secondary schools we will have transfer days • Year 7s – 11th July • Year 9s – 12th July • Will be run just like a “normal” school day – including school staff, bus etc • Details to follow… Transfer days

  8. EVERY family will be invited to have a transition meeting • Most have said easier to do in school • Invites/slots being organised from after half-term • This is where we will sign the home-school agreement • …and start your Individual Learning Plan Transition meetings

  12. August: • School picnic – tbc? • Tours of the site – tbc! Timeline to September

  13. September: • Official staff induction – 3rd, 4th & 5th • First day for students – 6th Timeline to September
