  1. February 24 (A Day) • Warm up – Writer’s Notebook Entry #2 “Analyze one character from the book. What is the character’s motivation? Do you like/dislike the character? What do you predict will happen to the character? Etc.” • Reading Check – Quiz over chapter 1 • If you fail the reading quiz, you must do some review questions to receive 70%. It is your best interest to READ. The book is online and there is an audio version. It might be smart to take some notes while your read if you do not own your own book. • Begin Bookmark Activity – Must be finished by the end of the book, so DON’T wait ‘til the last minute • Imitate Fitzgerald’s writing – Rewrite a scene by filling in the blanks. Be imaginative. Choose any location you desire. Due next class. • Read Chapter 2. What we don’t finish today is HOMEWORK!
