Situational Analysis • Due to their client structure they maintained 3 antivirus suppliers: • Sophos • McAfee • Trend Micro • Despite of this they suffered virus outbreaks in 2004! • First contact with RZN during Cebit 2004 • Successful test-installation ended in technical decision for Kaspersky • Contract with Sophos was valid for one more year • Serious virus outbreak convinced the management to implement Kaspersky immediately
