Why Should You Exercise Under the Sea?
Makes Your Heart Happy Your Heart is a muscle and it needs to get stronger. With physical activity it gets stronger and helps you stay healthy.
Strengthens Your Muscles You use your muscles to do powerful things. You want to make your muscles stronger. So, the more powerful things you do the more muscles you get. Look at my big muscles!!
Makes you Flexible Which means you can bend and stretch your body without to much pain.
Exercise Makes You Feel Good Exercise will keep you in shape, so that you can enjoy all your activities. It also is fun and makes us happy!
What Should We Bring to Eat on Our Adventure?

Whats on the Food Guide Pyramid
Bread, Ceral, Rice, and Pasta Group - You should bring enough for 6-11 servings per day for this group. - Some examples are bagels, muffins, and pastas.
Vegatable Group - You should bring enough for 3-5 servings per day with you. - You can bring leafy vegetables, raw vegetables, or vegetable juice.
Fruit Group -You should bring enough for 2-4 servings everyday. - You can bring bananas. Oranges, strawberries, and even fruit juices.
Milk, Yogurt and Cheese Group -You should bring enough for 2-3 servings each day. - You can bring yogurt, cheese, skim milk, and even healthy ice cream.
Protein Group -You should bring enough for 2-3 servings per day. - You can bring chicken, eggs, and peanut butter.
Fats, Oils and Sweets - You should bring only a few of these. These are treats for you during our trip.
Why Should We Bring Carbohydrates?
Major source of energy for the body Two Major Types Remember the Carbohydrates Simple Carbs: simple sugars Complex Carbs: starches
Do we really need to bring protein with us?
Don't Forget to Pack Protein On our trip Protein will build up, maintain, and replace the tissues in our bodies. Protein will allow us to be able breath, to be able to run, and keep us from being sick on our trip.
You can bring your friends or you can come alone
If you come alone.... • If you come on our adventure alone you can still do many physical activities from: • skate boarding • Jump roping • Riding your bike • Running
When there are a group of friends coming we can do a lot of activities: -Have Contests -Play Games: basketball, baseball, and soccer - Play Tag -Play hide-and-seek If you and your friends come...
Why are you not coming on our adventure?
Because Your Afraid of Sports? Sports help keep our bodies healthy but on this trip there are many non sports activities that we are going to do as well. - walking the octopus - cleaning your hotel room - building sandcastles - watering the sea weed.
What if we don't come?
You Might Become.... If you don’t come on our adventure you might become obese. Which means you have excess body fat. It can affect the way you walk, run, look, and even feel. So, you mine as well join us in our adventure.
What are we going to do under the sea?
Adventure Activities.... Muscular Activities: push-ups, pull-ups, tug of war Aerobic Activities: Swimming, jogging, skating, and biking Flexibility Activities: tumbling, dancing, and yoga
