HEART and HEALTH FOUNDATION OF TURKEY (HHFT) MissionStatement Heart and Health Foundation of Turkey (HHFT) aims to contribute to human health by reducing the burden of diseases (mainly cardiovascular) by providing education to health care professionals and the general public as well as supporting and performing active medical (mainly cardiovascular ) research and patient care .
