  21. 8th Grade Constitution Project 0 Essential Question - Is the US Constitution a living, working document? 0 Project Description - Students will assume the role of Constitutional scholars who have been hired to summarize the Constitution for new citizens who are preparing to take the American citizenship test and represent the American system of government in a meaningful manner.
