Public: YOU develop the plan Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Develops TMDL Funds this process Approves implementation plan City of Austin Requested implementation plan process Expertise A participant in developing the plan Key to implementing Center for Public Policy Dispute Resolution Facilitation and coordination
  6. Coordination Committee Represents interests of people or organizations Decides its own process Appoints work groups Communicates with public Drafts an implementation plan for TCEQ approval Meets January – August 2013 (may be extended)
