State Specific Campaigns • TCPN started a comprehensive marketing campaigns in NY & Texas late last year • Numerous TCPN pieces will be sent to thousands of decision makers throughout the States. • These campaigns are intended to build additional awareness for our vendors • We could feature our partnerships on one of these pieces. • E-mail campaigns will also be included Confidential

Commodity Specific Marketing Pieces • Throughout 2014, TCPN will be highlighting key commodities with our marketing campaigns • These pieces will be released based off of key buying seasons for each commodity • We can work with your organization to develop vendor specific pieces if you desire
NIGP Forum • TCPN will have a ‘street’ at NIGP • The booths are available on a 1st come basis • We will be hosting multiple activities to attract, and keep, agencies in our area • It is recommended that you register as soon as possible NIGP Registration Link

TCPN’s Supplier Diversity Program • In response to helping public agencies meet their goals to utilize diverse vendors TCPN has launched a Supplier Diversity Program to identify vendors able to service these needs. • We have been working with diversity councils across the country to educate their members on Cooperative Purchasing. • This is a great opportunity for existing vendors to meet diverse suppliers if they are looking to form a partnership.
Vendor Pages/Dashboards • VENDOR PAGES • TCPN encourages the construction and utilization of each Vendor’s Information Page. Our IT department will work with you to ensure that this space provides your customers with all the information they need in order to make purchases through your contract. • VENDOR DASHBOARDS • The Vendor Dashboards are a great way for you to access your contract data using our analytical tools.
