It goes straight to the TETN room. Region 16 has no way to record these sessions. TETN usually records these sessions.

2. Mode B Connects State-Wide Conferences into Service Center’s TETN Room and district(s) Reg 1 Reg Reg 3 Reg 2 Reg 4 Reg 13 / TETN Pampa HS Reg 16 Bridge & IPVCR Kelton Reg 16 TETN room Reg 5 Reg 6 These sessions use Region 16’s bridge and IPVCR, so these sessions can be recorded if the originator permits. Region 16 must obtain permission from originator and TETN to set up a Mode B!

3. Mode E Connects district to district using local Service Center resources Reg Reg 2 In this example, Kelton would be in a videoconference with School B from Region 1, but no one at Region 16 or Region 1 would be participating. Reg 3 Reg 1 Bridge Reg 13 / TETN Reg 4 School B Reg 16 Bridge & IPVCR Reg 1 TETN room Kelton Reg 6 Reg 5 Reg 16 TETN room Conference flows through Region 16’s bridge and IPVCR, so with originator’s permission, these conferences can be recorded. Region 16 must coordinate scheduling through connecting Service Centers. We cannot obtain recordings of conferences in which a Region 16 district does not participate. If Region 1’s School B was in a Mode E with Region 2’s School A, we at Region 16 cannot record this (since we would not physically be connected).
