Chief Executive Officer of the chapter • Oversees all chapter activities in accordance with bylaws and standing rules • Presides at all chapter meetings • Supports all IAAP programs and initiatives • Appoints members to, and serves as an ex-officio member of, all standing and special committees • Shares international and division information with chapter members • Keeps division board contact informed about chapter activities Roles & Responsibilities – President
Serves as next-in-command to the chapter president • Has specific duties/responsibilities as prescribed in the chapter’s bylaws and standing rules • Assists the president with additional duties as assigned • Assumes duties of president in their absence Roles & Responsibilities – Vice President
Records, transcribes, and distributes minutes of all chapter meetings (board of directors, membership, and special meetings) Maintains chapter charter and other official documents Maintains chapter roster Distributes correspondence/meeting notices to chapter members Roles and Responsibilities – Secretary
