  3. The training will start with trainees going to the “Tutoring with Technology” website The website will be similar to Mary’s at Institute for easy navigation throughout the training. Explain there are links we will not have time to review in this training. They can check them out at any time.

  5. Use polleverywhere Multiple Choice Questions Will Be Developed Before Training With Possible Reactions To The Video Teach Them how to use it

  6. Discuss: “How These Tools Can Be Used In Tutoring”

Another way to use your cell phone Divide trainees into two groups • Group 1 are the students • Ask them to record their phone number on an index card • Take up the cards • Group 2 are the tutors • Give them the student cell phone numbers along with another card that reads: • Text the following to your student: “Text me a sentence using the word _________”

  11. Now to create their own website After helping them sign up for wix and showing them a few details about setting up a website, walk around the training area and offer any help.
