  2. Background • IOTA owns the rights to IOTA-VTI, and grants an exclusive license to manufacture and distribute • IOTA receives a royalty for each unit sold

  4. Video TimersLicensee: March 2011 to June 2017 Proprietor: Walter Morgan Engineer: Sandy Bumgarner Sandy died in March 2016, having created the original PCB and two dozen variations, culminating in the present mature version 3.8.

  5. Proprietor: Bob Auburger Owings Mills, Maryland Videotimers.com is unchanged, but it now belongs to Video Timers MD Video Timers MDLicensee from July 2017

  11. Outside the IOTA-VTI Versions 1 and 2 Version 3 The front panel for IOTA-VTI is unchanged. The back panel: USB port removed; Dark switch added; external antenna and serial dongle connectors added.

  15. In “Persistent” modeerrors will continue to be displayed The errors in this experiment were produced by introducing and removing massive shielding “Persistent” mode allows low error rate to be confirmed. IOTA-VTI v3 is delivered set for “Transient” mode.

  16. IOTA-VTI v3production life expectancy • MAX7456 video titling IC has been discontinued. A large quantity of the IC are in inventory, assuring production capability for an extended period with no design changes. • PA6H GPS firmware status is not guaranteed. Significant software revision might be required
