TP Link Extender Setup FIVE GUIDELINES TO SET UP THE TP-LINK EXTENDER The Initial step is to Plug the TP-Link Extender into a wall outlet.Connect it to the computer using an Ethernet cable.Open the browser on your PC and then navigate to the tplinkrepeater.net IP Address. In case the tplinkrepeater.net address is not working then you can use the http://192.168.0.254.Now you will be reached on the TP-Link web page.Here you need to choose the Quick Setup and then click on the Next. Follow all the on-screen instructions properly.Now let the TP- Link Extender scan all the wireless networks. The process may take a few minutes. You need to tap on your wireless network from the available list and Choose the Next.Enter the right wireless password when asked.Choose the ‘Copy from the main router’ if you need a single larger wireless network. Tap on the Next button to proceed.Thus, you can review all the network settings and then choose the Finish button if everything is fine.
