  4. Where are we? • S.T.A.R.T. program – has been done – we are now at the revision/maintenance stage. • Hallway Proposal – Today • Supervision – S & C schools provides resources for implementing effective supervision practices. (January) • Lunch Room – Coming Soon!

Summary • The first cultural change is that the Safe & Civil Schools team process concerns regarding student safety and behavior. • All staff are welcome to participate on the Safe & Civil Schools Team • The Team is in the process of being trained. The training will be a 2 year process. • Keystones are adult expectations and behaviors and how these affect students.
