Country Needs Assessment – Next Steps National Consultations (May/June 06) • Follow up to Kick off Symposium/needs-assessment • Identification of pilot regions/cities with a high potential of various implementing organizations participating in the project • Elaborating operational plans for each country

  4. National Contact Points • National contact points needed for • Coordination of national activities to develop national action plan • Coordination of country participation in regional workshops • Advertisement of the pilot project competition • Dissemination of project activities to national level • Support in identification of local consultants • Support in identification and establishment of relevant help desks • Benefits • Expert Advice • Tailor-made instruments to your needs through active participation in the various activities • Networking with other national contact points • Dissemination of own activities within the region
