CY 2008 - Strategy • Re-commitment to core mission – “Safe-guard and promote the health, safety, well-being, resident and dignity of each resident/tenant” • Limited resources dedicated to highest priority which includes – serious complaints, verifying compliance and monitoring of facilities with significant non-compliance, issuing new licenses.
