  4. 5 – Very Outstanding The content is very substantial & meaningful. It is highly relevant to the theme. All rules/ mechanics were properly observed and has excellent organization. By: BESA & DACALAN

  5. 4 – Outstanding The content is substantial & meaningful. It is moderately relevant to the theme. One rule/mechanics was not properly observed and has very good organization. By: BESA & DACALAN

  6. 3 – satisfactory The content is less substantial & meaningful. It is slightly relevant to the theme. Two to four rules/ mechanics were not properly observed and has good organization.

  7. 2 – Needs Improvement The content is not substantial & meaningful. It is not relevant to the theme. Five or more rules/ mechanics were not properly observed and has poor organization.
