    3. The New MME You can earn up to $4,000 for your future education! This money can help you pay for College, Tech School, Trade School, Cosmetology School or even toward a journeyman’s card!

    4. Test –taking Tips and Strategies Today we will review strategies and new information that can help you improve your scores.

    5. Remember!!!! The MME/ACT Scores are a part of your high school transcript and diploma. Colleges are looking for your highest scores. Most students take the ACT more than one time. This ACT will count as a standard ACT. You must take THIS ACT to qualify for the MME.

    6. The New MME Exam March 10, 11 and 12 all Juniors will be taking the MME at North High School

    7. REQUIRED COMPONENTS Non-participation in any single session will make it impossible to obtain a valid score for one or more components of MME Not participating in ALL three days affects: The student’s ACT, WorkKeys and MME scores The student’s eligibility for Merit Award Scholarships The school / district AYP 95% participation The school / district performance and EdYes! accountability scores

    8. For Example: Math Score- The student must take: *ACT mathematics *WorkKeys Applied Mathematics & Locating Information assessment AND the *Michigan Mathematics assessment.
