Selection Process • 10 options were evaluated including using a CCG facility • Selection team narrowed list to 3 sites of interest, 1 of which is no longer available • Site visit identified superior site based on layout, accessibility, convenience and parking • Letter of Intent subject to Council approval signed
Government Center Evaluation • Government Center not considered viable… • Partly because of code requirements for a medical facility, renovation cost estimated at $352,000 • Limited on-street parking, concern for children • May not be accepted by employees due to location and concerns about confidentiality • Estimated availability is October or later with lost savings of up to $1 Million…this would pay more than 30 years rent in commercial space. • Is a better option when clinic utilization requires a second location

Ft. in class A/B medical office building • 6 exam rooms, office and pharmacy storage • Monthly rental $2914 including utilities • Convenient, easy access and good parking • Presents great image for medical clinic • Can be ready for occupancy within 6 weeks • Lowest cost and most appropriate option • Will bring contract resolution February 5
