  3. CDBG National Objectives/Eligible Activities • Low/Moderate income benefit – area, limited clientele, housing, or jobs • Blight removal – area, spot blight • Urgent need – unfundable, immediate, occurred in last 18 months

CAPER July 1, 2007-June 30, 2008 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report • Evaluates the progress towards goals and objectives for housing, homelessness, public services, public facilities, and economic development • The City received $1,024,808.00 in Community Development Block Grant Funds • Earned $110,000.00 in program income • 80 projects were open and 30 projects were completed
