Motivation • Motivation can be given by someone else to make you better in your sport this can also lead to confidence but also can leave massive pressure on you.
Arousal • Arousal is when you think that you have contributed well enough in your sport and can make you feel good or when you don’t think you have played your part and will make you feel annoyed or angry.
Anxiety • Anxiety can link to stress but it can stress you out even more when your doing and indusial sport when you don’t have a team to support you for example like tennis
Personality • There are two different personalities in sport; • Introverts: prefer team sport, calm, shy, quiet and careful • Extroverts: prefer individual sport, lively, outgoing, talkative and sociable.
Concentration • In football a goalkeeper needs to have high concentration. Because they might be standing there for so long and they look away for the split second the ball could come out of no where and end up in the back of the net
