Do you even know what is Stress? Stress is something which is unavoidable and impossible to eliminate from our lives. If one calls life a bed of roses, it is certainly going to have some thorns. But, life is not about the challenges, it is about facing them. Stress is a byproduct of these challenges, and it is of utmost importance to learn how to manage it. The hassles, deadlines, frustrations, and demands of modern life have made stress so commonplace that it has become a way of life for many people. Stress is nothing but, just but just a feeling of being under pressure which sometimes is taken by people to be like an albatross around their neck. In small doses, stress can help people perform under pressure and motivate them to do their best. But it is not desirable to constantly be in an emergency mode as the mind and body would have to ultimately pay the price.

3. Avoid Needless One of the major reasons of stress is having needless and unproductive stuff lined up in your daily life. It is very essential that you scrap off some useless stuff from your life. Avoiding non-essential meetings and people (You will have to learn to say ‘No’). This in turn will help you to keep your energy levels high. This is very important because many a time stress is caused due to fatigue. Other benefit will be that you won’t be late. So there would be no rush to get ready or to reach the place or to get stressed about how you look. Having some time in your pocket would also make driving easier. But you can only do that stuff when you know that you don’t have to go through pointless but still tiring work.
