    3. Background and Need Historical Problems Atypical undergrad proj mgmt Uneven work load Individual contribution Scarfing/Time Mgmt New Issues Client company expectations: deliverables Client feedback into grading process

    4. Approach Focus on Team Development Early Fall semester: 2 hr “Team Building” exercise: Office of Student Conflict Resolution (N. Makdad) -Spring semester: 1st Class: 3 hour “Resolving Conflict in Teams” exercise: Office of Student Conflict Resolution (N. Makdad)

    5. Map Moor and Drake to Practicum Projects Project Descriptions (Client and Faculty) Project Scheduling (Apply MS Project) Project Review Meetings (Weekly/Bi-Weekly) Incoming/Outgoing Proj Mgrs PM Reports from both due w/in 24 hrs Design Memos (Consultant Deliverable Memorandums) Individual technical contributions, “8” high quality and consistent time submission for a “B”. Final Report Outline distributed on 1st. Day of semester

    6. Issues and Status Understanding what a CDM is and quality/quantity (+/-) Learning curve of roles/responsibilities (+/+) Accept responsibility for individual tasks (+/-) Content and format of PM reports (+/+)
