  2. Where are we? • I went to the ballyro to build a castle. However my nowel didn’t work, so I couldn’t scoop up the sand. Soon a huyineo crawled over and snapped my toe. I threw the huyineo back into the yakback. I left the ballyro right after I watched the fwint sink into the yakback.

  3. The Beach! • I went to the beach to build castle. However my shovel didn’t work, so I couldn’t scoop up the sand. Soon a crab crawled over and snapped my toe. I threw the crab back into the ocean. I left the ocean right after I watched the sun set into the ocean.

  4. Words are nonsense! • I journeyed to Blankland. There I saw the Washington Monument. • I ate at Haybe today, and I had a happy meal. • I saw Gilmahbo yesterday at the theaters. I liked the part where Gilmahbo was bit by a creepy-crawly creature, because Gilmahbo then became a super hero.

  5. Take a picture • What picture do you see? • It was raining really hard, so I put on my father’s grolf before going outside.

  6. Chop it Up! • Do a karate chop on those words! • Find anything familiar. • Examine the root! • The blankometer was full of water. • The baby was born premature. • Pre=before • Mature=developed

  7. Investigate • Find clues to the meaning. • My mom is such a pain. She is so haynee because she always makes us eat our vegetables.

  8. Find Evidence • Look for examples • Celestial bodies? • Celestial bodies like the moon and stars are most visible at night. • Bombastic people are always loud.
