Education and Training update • Background • Our current Vice President Ms. Tui Pakarat participated in the training of UNESCAP in Bangkok and requested UNESCAP to come and support CAMFFA to develop a training program in Cambodia. • How we develop the course? • We developed the course with the support of UNESCAP Transport and Tourism Division. • What assistance from UN-ESCAP assistance? • UN-ESCAP assisted us to organize 3 “trainers training”. • 1st 7-8 December 2007 with 21 trainers (Ms. Geetha from UNESCAP) • 2nd 19-22 January 2008 with 17 trainers (Ms. Geetha from UNESCAP) • 3rd 21-23 February 2009 with 11 trainers (Ms. Geetha from UNESCAP) • 4th 11-13 September 2009 with 11 trainers (Mr. Tangfei from UNESCAP)
Since our training program started CAMFFA, we organized six Junior training in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Four among them were given during 2009. Junior Training of CAMFFA

We have incorporated customized portions of UN-ESCAP training material into our own curriculum? • * We now use only the curriculum from UN-ESCAP • * The subjects we choose from UN-ESCAP training materials • are Globalization, trade and Transport Linkages Our future plans? In future we will continue to organize CAMFFA training course every other 2 months covering Junior training and introducing an Advanced course.
AOTS incorporate with CAMFFA for Training Seminar Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship (AOTS), Japan, was associated with CAMFFA to organize the Training Course on Company – Level Logistic Innovation on February 21 – 23 , 2010 in Phnom Penh , Cambodia under the support of Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) , Japan. And on December 15 – 19 , 2010 AOTS will be incorporate with CAMFFA to prepare a new Training Course on Logistic Management in Phnom Penh, Cambodia under the support of Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) , Japan.
Japan ASEAN Integration Fund ( JAIF) JAIF will be associate CAMFFA to prepare a seminar. on HRD in the Field of Logistic in Cambodia and CAMFFA will be associated to prepare this seminar.
