  1. Required Setup • Make sure that ATG RightNow Integration package is installed on the ATG CSC Servers • Set the config verb ATG_INTEGRATION_ENABLED to 1 • Set the config verb ATG_INTEGRATION_MAPI_USERNAME to a username that does not exist as a staff account in RN • This allows MAPI layer to determine if the API calls are coming from ATG • Set the config verb ATG_INTEGRATION_MAPI_PASSWD to a password using which ATG will make the RNow REST API Calls. • Set the config verb ATG_INTEGRATION_CSC_URL with URL pointing to the server hosting ATG CSC. • Set the config verb ATG_INTEGRATION_REST_API_URL with URL to the server hosting the ATG Rest APIs. It is required that this URL uses HTTPS. • This is generally the same as the CSC URL • Set the configvar ATG_INTEGRATION_PASS_PHRASE with the shared security key to establish a trusted connection. • Set the configvars ATG_INTEGRATION_REST_API_LOGIN and ATG_INTEGRATION_REST_API_PASSWD, so that RN server code can get optlists value from ATG • Set the configvar ATG_INTEGRATION_MAPI_SEC_IP_RANGE: This is the IP address range of the ATG server making the PAPI calls. • Make sure the Countries/States/Province codes are setup with valid ISO codes. • If not set with ISO codes, Contact address sync will likely fail 1
