Request • Future Land Use Map amendment to Mixed-use and Conservation for 393 acres NE, NW, and SE quad • Extend the northern boundary of the Activity Center in the NE quadrant • Text that requires development to be consistent with Sections 1.6 (TNDs) and 1.7(TODs) of the Future Land Use Element

  9. Proposed Policies • Development may not exceed 5,800 gross pm peak hour trips • Consistent with Objective 1.6 and policies (TNDs) and Objective 1.7 and policies (TODs) • Each quadrant will be one “development” • Roadway and intersection improvements • Transit operations and dedicated transit lanes • DRI review may require further revision of the mitigation requirements

  11. Recommendation • Approve CPA-04-10 with recommended policies, adding CIE Table 5, expanding the activity center boundary and amending the land use to Mixed-use and Conservation
