  7. ARCH >Proficiency Math and Reading > By Grade & Year A Achievement Data Since 2007 Ala Wai Elementary has met the AYP targets for Reading and Math. Reading Data: From 2007 to 2009 there was a 4.9% decrease. However, from 2009-2011 there was a 9.2% increase. Math Data: From 2007 to 2009 there was a 4.3 percent increase in overall math scores. From 2009 to 2011, there was a 12.7% increase.

  9. ARCH ProficiencySubgroup & Year Gap Analysis A Achievement Data When comparing 2010-2011data between All students and ELL students, there’s a 21% gap in Reading and 9.8% gap in Math. In 2009-2010, there was a 25% gap in Reading proficiency between Males and Female, however, the gap decreased to 4.9% in 2010-2011. Similarly, the gap decreased from 17.4% (2009-2010) to none (2010-2011).
