2008 Year In Review • Some major repairs done! Including: • Pool Pump motor replaced. • All major pool diverter valves replaced. • Re-strapping 50% of pool furniture. • Flag lights installed. • Re-keying of gate lock and restroom doors. New keys issued. • Replaced ceiling fan in pavilion. • New trash can in parking lot. • Vandalism in pool area increased costs. • Higher than average electricity expenses. • Higher than average pool work needed.
