For example，二零零八年九月十二日晚上七点。 To ask someone’s age, you would normally ask, “你今年多大?” However, if the person looks to be under 10 years old, you would ask, “你今年几岁?” If the person is very old, you would ask, “您多大年纪?” or “您多大岁数了?”
