How Your Nervous System Works Your Nervous System helps you move. Your Nervous System wouldn’t work if you didn’t have the other systems. It is just the same the other way around, if you didn’t have your Nervous System you wouldn’t be able to move.
What Your Nervous System is Made of Your brain is made of special cells called neurons that run throughout your body. Neurons carry information around your body and brain.
