Density 230 residential units , 1-5 bedroom, many are owned by the transient population Total floor area: 47, 166m2 Net rentable area: 32, 939m2 ….. based on 36m2 for two people (32, 939/18) = approx. 1829 should live there However based on the estimation that if 3 people live in each unit (3 by 230) then 690 people live there. Fun fact: The penthouse is 105m2 , therefore if 6 people live there then it is consistent with the 36m2 for two people guideline
