  2. One Red Cross As recent disasters have shown, the American Red Cross is absolutely indispensible to helping communities respond throughout our Nation.

  3. One Red Cross To deliver on our mission, we continually look for ways to provide the best service delivery while making the best use of our donor dollars.

  4. One Red Cross Despite our efforts, and the generosity of our donors, we still face financial challenges ahead.

  5. One Red Cross 2011 Continuing on our past path was not an option. We needed to find new ways to streamline the organization and grow more sustained revenues.

  6. One Red Cross 2011 - 2012 As we make these changes, we will not decrease our level of service or move away from our core mission.

  18. Agreement Goals Enhance coordination, pool expertise and ensure the best possible support to states, territories and tribal nations to build Mass Care response capability. Strengthen response capacity by developing a National Mass Care Strategy through a broad-based collaboration between government, the non-profit and faith-based community, National VOAD and the private sector. Enhance collaboration between voluntary organizations and their government response partners.
