Firm Selection Criteria Type of Firms • A single firm with or without subcontractors • Proven competence as equipment integrators and installers • Capable of supplying and installing on the CERN sites Having been qualified by their reply to the Market Survey MS-3675/GS and by the onsite visits performed with CERN representatives. Technical Issues The Bidders’ attention is called to the fact that provided systems technical interfaces are particularly critical and shall be particularly scrutinised by CERN Adequately skilled personnel shall be affected to the development & evolution of these interfaces ADaMS • The provided systems shall interface with the CERN source of user data and access authorisation data called ADaMS (Access Distribution and Management System) • Detailed Description in §A.2.6 of the TS ORACLE Databases • The provided systems shall host their databases in the IT ORACLE infrastructure. • Detailed description in §A.2.7 of the TS IT technical network • The provided systems shall use the CERN TCP/IP Network (TN or GPN) and shall comply to the necessary computer security instructions given by the IT department IT-3675/GS Bidders' Conference 3 Sep 2012 EDMS 1238534

Documents to be attached to the Bid From Chapter 15 of the Tender Form: • DQE duly completed • A document indicating the time intended to allocate to the specific developments needed to interface your access control system with the CERN databases, as described in chapters A.2.5 and A.2.6 of annex A of the technical specification. Please provide the estimated number of hours and professional profile of the personnel that you intend to allocate to these developments, • An organisational chart indicating the organization structure and the personnel with their respective roles, responsibilities & qualifications, • General technical documentation including data sheets form the manufacturers on each of the proposed supply equipment (or respective web link from manufacturer).
