Chapter By-laws • PMIWDC incorporated as a 501(c) 6 non-profit corporation in the state of Virginia in 2000 • Incorporation required creation of by-laws • By-laws posted on Chapter website • By-laws updated to meet changing needs of the Chapter. Chapter Governance • There are 21 Board members – 15 voting members and 6 non-voting members • All Board members are elected by the membership • Board members serve two-year terms • President-elect typically is elected President at end of his/her two-year term Presented by Ron Taylor, President ron.taylor@pmiwdc.org
